How do I enable BookingPal in Lodgify backend?

I need to enable BookingPal in the Lodgify backend. BookingPal is adamant that Lodgify is the one to enable the API, meanwhile Lodgify is maintaining that BookingPal must enable it via their API.

I am extremely confused and frustrated. Does anyone have any advice on what to do or how to handle it?
