How do you see webhook attempts?

I set up a Lodgify webhook on the event "booking_new_status_booked" to automatically email a generated keypad code for a guest when they book. It works from our direct booking site.

In theory, it should also work from AirBnB because all the Lodgify webhook objects are structured the same. However, a guest booked from AirBnB yesterday and our server logs doesn't even show a webhook attempt from Lodgify. How do I view all of Lodgify's webhook attempts so that I can debug what went wrong?
